    How do I download / stream the videos?
  • Download - All videos are in Flash (flv) format - streaming only
  • Stream - Click the link button or thumbnail, and video will start automatically
  • Broadband Connection DSL / CABLE is required
  • Javascript must be enabled to view videos
  • Make sure ActiveX is enabled - May be required
  • Get up-to-date internet browser installed, example - IE 7+, Firefox 3.5
  • Earlier versions may work adequately, but we cannot guarantee it
    Where do I get the latest Flash Plugin?
  • Download and install the Adobe Flash Player Plugin
  • Reboot system once installation is completed
    What if I still can't stream the videos?
  • Security & Privacy settings need to be adjusted to a "Medium" level
    Why will my username/password not work?
  • Username and password are case sensitive
  • Check your CCBill email confirmation
  • Make sure you do not share your username/password - Results in termination
  • If locked out due to failed login attempts - Please try later
    How do I cancel my membership?
  • CCbill is our preferred credit card merchant
  • You may cancel at anytime without penalty
  • Click on the following to cancel: Cancellation Request
  • Your account will remain active until the expiration date
  • If not cancelled, as a courtesy, your account will automatically rebill each month
